All Affinity Diamonds Product(s) are made to order and can take between 1-2 weeks dependant on the product.
DELIVERY
The delivery of your Product(s) is processed within 1 business day of 'Made to Order'* completion.
To ensure the secure delivery of your package, a signature is required on delivery.
Australia delivery time frames:
- Metro areas: Next business day
- Regional areas: 3 – 7 business days
- Metro Areas include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, and Adelaide.
All international shipments, including New Zealand, have an estimated timeframe of 7-10 business days. To ensure the secure delivery of your package, a signature is required on delivery.
RETURNS
Affinity Diamonds does not offer refunds however items are accepted for credit or exchange in Australia if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
